the tla is a south street concert venue that opened in 1908 as the crystal palace, a nickelodeon. it spent time as a repertory theater and an art house cinema known for midnight screenings of the rocky horror picture show, and it's been a full time concert venue since 1988. it holds around 1,000, mostly standing, with a balcony and a bar
