The Perch

fishtown

the perch music & arts workshop is a community music and arts space at 2321 emerald st, next to the emerald wildflower garden. it's a village of studios, a converted warehouse performance room that holds 150+, a front salon room for about 60, and a lounge upstairs, with two grand pianos on site. the shows lean jazz, new music, experimental, and classical, though they've also booked punk adjacent bills. there's a monthly open mic on the first friday that's pay what you can, and the garden next door hosts an annual concert series.
