fairmount

the met philadelphia is a live nation concert hall in a historic opera house on north broad street. it opened in 1908 as the philadelphia opera house, then spent decades as a movie theater, sports venue, and church before a $56 million renovation reopened it in 2018 with a sold out bob dylan show. it holds around 3,500 and books big touring acts, comedy, and other events.
