Khyber Pass Pub

old city21+ only

the khyber pass pub is an old city bar on 2nd street, in a building with a bar that dates back to the 1876 centennial exhibition. it opened as the khyber pass in 1970, started hosting shows in the 1980s, and became one of philly's rock spots in the 90s and early 2000s in a small room off the bar. the music stopped in 2010 when it became a pub with a craft beer list and cajun and southern food, and in 2019 it started booking bands and comedy again, now in an events room upstairs.
